According to Canadian Mental Health Research, 39% of employees feel burnt out. Many of us don’t even realize how much stress we are carrying, because it has become normalized.

This talk explores how constant stress shows up in the body and why pushing through no longer works. It begins with a short check-in to assess your current stress level, followed by a clear, science-based explanation of what happens in the brain and nervous system under constant pressure. We uncover the stress trap so many of us are stuck in and, most importantly, how to step out of it by restoring energy and achieving sustainable performance before burnout takes hold.

You will learn how to stop pushing through, listen to your body’s signals, and find your way back to sustainable energy.
